We have used alquiler coches service by cochesya.es several times; their service has been always excellent. Although one time, the driver driving the car was not very friendly (may be because of his nature), the service was excellent. Their processes of getting you on the way are very quick and their staff is courteous and polite in providing response. This time, we booked for 4 cars with 5 seats each. They provided us small cars that seemed little small for 5 adults; if the cars would have little higher, they would have better. However, it was not their fault. We did not mention that the cars were to be used by 5 adults and we never gave our choice of the cars. I called the company executive; he replied that he will send 4 spacious cars but it will take another 15 minutes. We were waiting for the vehicles and within 20 minutes, the cars were available at our place. I was quite happy that they listened to our problem and solved it to the best of their ability. They could have replied that it was not their fault and they could not do anything for me. Still, they helped us like a professional team / company. I thank the team for this gesture. I have decided that I will always hire the services of this company in times of need and I also suggest my other friends to take their service.
